OUR PROCESS
Building your Queensland dream home is an exciting journey. We break our process into five simple, stress-free steps, ensuring quality, compliance, and transparency from start to finish. We manage all regulatory requirements, allowing you to focus on the joy of creating your new home.

Planning and Approvals
The process begins with finalising your design, selections, and contract details. We submit all necessary plans to private certifiers and local councils to secure building approvals and permits, ensuring full compliance with Queensland Building Codes. Once we have a final design and financial commitment, we handle all the regulatory groundwork, so the physical build can proceed smoothly and legally.

Slab Down
This is where construction starts on site. We prepare your land by clearing and levelling the ground. We then install all essential underground services, including drainage and plumbing rough-ins. The stage is complete when the concrete slab is poured, forming a durable, level foundation for your entire house. We incorporate soil tests and termite protection at this critical base phase to ensure a strong start.

Frame and Lock-Up
Your home rapidly takes shape during this stage. We erect the structural frame (timber or steel) and roof trusses, which are then inspected by the certifier for structural integrity. Following approval, we install the roofing, external wall cladding, windows, and external doors. At lock-up, your home is secured, protected from the elements, and ready for interior work.

Fixing and Finishing
The interior comes alive as we install the walls (plasterboard), essential wiring, plumbing, and air-conditioning units. Skilled trades install the cabinetry (kitchen, bathroom), internal doors, skirting boards, and architraves. Finally, tilers and painters apply your selected finishes. This detailed fixing stage focuses on high-quality workmanship, turning the shell into a beautiful, functional living space.

Practical Completion and Handover
We conduct our final quality checks before inviting you for the Practical Completion Inspection (PCI) walk-through. This is your chance to review the finished home and note any minor defects. Once the remaining items are addressed and final payments are received, we present you with the keys, warranties, and compliance certificates. Welcome to your new Queensland home!
